Roll or Bun Brushing

Ingredients

  • 4 tablespoons butter or margarine
  • 1 tablespoon Teriyaki Sauce & Marinade
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder or cut several garlic cloves in half
  • 4 French rolls or burger buns

Instructions

  1. Combine butter, teriyaki sauce and garlic powder in small saucepan. Hold garlic if using cloves.
  2. Heat until butter melts.
  3. Slice rolls or buns in half lengthwise and place for a few minutes cut side down on grill.
  4. Remove from grill.
  5. If using garlic cloves now is the time to rub them onto the buns liberally.
  6. Brush mixture on each half of the buns.
