Pork Chop Sandwich Marinade

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Teriyaki Marinade & Sauce
  • 1/4 cup dry white wine
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder or 1 clove minced garlic
  • 4 pork chops butterflied from one inch to two at 1/2 inch
  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • Buns
  • Horsey-sauce condiment

Instructions

  1. Combine teriyaki marinade and sauce, wine, ginger, and garlic.
  2. Butterfly pork chops. You don't want them too thick.
  3. Pour mixture over chops and marinade for a minimum of 2 hours. Overnight will work.
  4. Reserving marinade, remove chops.
  5. Combine reserved marinade and orange juice in saucepan - bring to a boil while stirring.
  6. Place chops on grill
  7. Brush occasionally with marinade.
  8. Meat thermometer should reach 160 F
  9. Serve on bun with horsey-sauce condiment!
