Pork Chop Sandwich Marinade
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Teriyaki Marinade & Sauce
- 1/4 cup dry white wine
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder or 1 clove minced garlic
- 4 pork chops butterflied from one inch to two at 1/2 inch
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- Buns
- Horsey-sauce condiment
Instructions
- Combine teriyaki marinade and sauce, wine, ginger, and garlic.
- Butterfly pork chops. You don't want them too thick.
- Pour mixture over chops and marinade for a minimum of 2 hours. Overnight will work.
- Reserving marinade, remove chops.
- Combine reserved marinade and orange juice in saucepan - bring to a boil while stirring.
- Place chops on grill
- Brush occasionally with marinade.
- Meat thermometer should reach 160 F
- Serve on bun with horsey-sauce condiment!
