Country Glazed Ribs

Ingredients

  • 3-4 pounds pork baby back ribs cut into 3-4 rib portions
  • 1/2 cup spicy brown mustard
  • 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1/4 cup cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon mustard seeds
  • 1 teaspoon ground allspice
  • Honey mustard dip

Instructions

  1. Place ribs in large resealable plastic bag
  2. Combine mustard, sugar, onion, W. Sauce, vinegar, mustard seeds and allspice in small bowl
  3. Mix well
  4. Pour over ribs and refrigerate overnight
  5. Place ribs on grill reserving marinade.
  6. Grill over medium coals 45 minutes or until barely pink near bone
  7. Baste frequently with marinade
  8. Service with dip
  9. DIP
  10. 1/2 cup spicy brown mustard
  11. 1/2 cup honey
