Barbecued Tuna Steaks
Ingredients
- 1 cup teriyaki sauce
- 3/4 cup olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 4 tuna fillets
- Bun
- Lettuce
- Onion, thinly sliced
Instructions
- In a large resealable bag combine sauce, oil, garlic and pepper.
- Place tuna in bag and marinate for three hours
- Grill about 30 minutes
- Serve on bun with lettuce and thinly sliced onion
