Orange Roughy in Ginger Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup dry sherry
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 teaspoons sesame oil
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped green onion
  • 1 teaspoon freshly grated ginger
  • 1 teaspoon finely chopped garlic
  • 2 orange roughy fillets

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees
  2. Mix sherry, soy sauce, sesame oil, onion, ginger, and garlic in small bowl
  3. Place fillets in ovenproof casserole dish
  4. Drizzle marinade over fish and bake for about 12 minutes or until fish flakes easily
