Mediterranaen Marinade

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons wine vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons tarragon vinegar
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Combine oil, vinegar, tarragon vinegar, onion, garlic, oregano, rosemary and salt in small bowl
  2. Place 3-4 pounds meat into heavy plastic bag and marinate with sauce overnight
  3. Drain meat and reserve marinade for basting
  4. Grill and enjoy
