Ingredients
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 3 tablespoons wine vinegar
- 3 tablespoons tarragon vinegar
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Combine oil, vinegar, tarragon vinegar, onion, garlic, oregano, rosemary and salt in small bowl
- Place 3-4 pounds meat into heavy plastic bag and marinate with sauce overnight
- Drain meat and reserve marinade for basting
- Grill and enjoy
