Clam Chowder
Ingredients
- Can of clams (minced or chopped)
- 1 T bacon drippings
- 2 T diced onions
- 1 small potato cubed
- 1/2 c water
- 1/2 tsp seasoned salt
- dash of pepper
- 2 T flour
- 1/4 c milk

Instructions
- Combine Group #1 ingredients and microwave on high for 2-3 minutes.
- Add the Group #2 ingredients and microwave on high 6-8 minutes. Stir once.
- Combine the flour/milk mixture together until smooth.
- Mix all ingredients together with an additional 3/4 c milk and clams. Microwave on high 6-8 minutes, stirring every 2 minutes.
