Cheesy Ranch Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 1 pound (3 medium) baking potatoes
  • 1/3 cup reduced fat Ranch Dressing
  • 1 cup reduced fat sharp cheddar cheese
  • 2 green onions thinly sliced (optional)

Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 400 degrees
  2. Wash potatoes, dry and slice into wedges
  3. Place potato slices in a bowl and thoroughly coat the potatoes with mixture
  4. Spread potatoes in a 9 x 13 baking dish that has been sprayed with nonstick cooking spray
  5. Bake for 40-45 minutes or until tender
  6. Sprinkle with cheese
  7. Return to oven for 5 more minutes until cheese is melted
  8. Sprinkle with sliced green onions
