Cheesy Ranch Potatoes
Ingredients
- 1 pound (3 medium) baking potatoes
- 1/3 cup reduced fat Ranch Dressing
- 1 cup reduced fat sharp cheddar cheese
- 2 green onions thinly sliced (optional)
Instructions
- Heat oven to 400 degrees
- Wash potatoes, dry and slice into wedges
- Place potato slices in a bowl and thoroughly coat the potatoes with mixture
- Spread potatoes in a 9 x 13 baking dish that has been sprayed with nonstick cooking spray
- Bake for 40-45 minutes or until tender
- Sprinkle with cheese
- Return to oven for 5 more minutes until cheese is melted
- Sprinkle with sliced green onions
