Cheesecake Tarts
Ingredients
- 16 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 2 eggs
- 3/4 c sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 box 'Nilla Wafers
- 21 oz. pie filling
- 24 cupcake wrappers
Instructions
- Beat cream cheese till smooth.
- Add eggs, sugar and vanilla and beat.
- Put papers in muffin tins and a 'Nilla Wafer, rounded side up, in each paper.
- Fill cups 2/3 full of cheese mixture on top of 'Nilla wafer.
- Bake at 350 for about 20 minutes or until set. Cool completely.
- Top each tart with about 1 T of favorite pie filling.
- You may leave tarts in papers, or remove from papers when cool.
