Blackened Sea Bass
Ingredients
- 2 teaspoons paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme leaves crushed
- 1/2 teaspoon ground pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon ground red pepper
- 3 tablespoons butter or margarine
- 4 skinless sea bass
Instructions
- Combine paprika, garlic salt, thyme, peppers in small bowl and mix well
- Melt butter in small saucepan over medium heat
- Pour melted butter into pie plate or shallow bowl
- Cool slightly
- Dip sea bass into mixture and coat well
- Sprinkle both sides of bass with paprika mixture
- Grill and enjoy
- *Works great with hardwood charcoal
