Barbecued Beer Steak Marinade
Ingredients
- 1 can (7 ounces) beer
- 1 medium onion finely chopped
- 1/2 cup Soy Sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 11/4 to 11/2 pound beef sirloin steak
- 1/4 cup shredded Cheddar cheese (optional)
Instructions
- Combine beer, onion, soy sauce and pepper.
- Pour over steak in a plastic bag.
- Press out air to seal securely.
- Refrigerate OVERNIGHT.
- Grill to desired doneness.
- Sprinkle cheese evenly just before removing from grill.
