Smoothie King: Almond Banana Protein Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 ripe or 2 less ripe bananas
  • 10 ice cubes
  • 1/4 c almonds
  • 1 1/2 c almond milk
  • 1 scoop Aldis or 2 scoops of Isagenix, etc. chocolate protein powder
  • 1/2-1 T cocoa

Instructions

  1. Blend all and enjoy. One batch makes approximately two 21 oz. servings.
