Potato Soup
Grandma Kremer's recipe
Ingredients
- 4 large potatoes washed, pealed, and cut into chunks
- 1 large onion sliced
- Fresh parsley
- 2 c milk
- salt
- pepper
- 2 T butter
- 1 T flour
Instructions
- Use 2 cups of water and 2 cups of milk to boil potatoes.
- Add salt and pepper.
- Mix the butter and flour. Add to the soup to thicken.
- Boil until potatoes are soft.
- Serve with crisp bacon.
