Pellet Grilling Hamburgers

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds ground beef
  • 8 slices cheese
  • 2 T Fresh Jax Grill Master Burger Seasoning
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 T Worchestershire Sauce

Instructions

  1. Mix all of the ingredients, except cheese for putting on just before pulling from grill, and form into eight patties.
  2. Freeze patties on waxed paper.
  3. Preheat grill to 400 degrees.
  4. Grill 4 minutes per side until 145 degrees for medium. See table above for additional times to pull off.
  5. Very juicy. Best burgers ever!
