Pellet Grilling Hamburgers
Ingredients
- 2 pounds ground beef
- 8 slices cheese
- 2 T Fresh Jax Grill Master Burger Seasoning
- 2 eggs
- 2 T Worchestershire Sauce
Instructions
- Mix all of the ingredients, except cheese for putting on just before pulling from grill, and form into eight patties.
- Freeze patties on waxed paper.
- Preheat grill to 400 degrees.
- Grill 4 minutes per side until 145 degrees for medium. See table above for additional times to pull off.
- Very juicy. Best burgers ever!
