Ham, Egg, and Cheese Breakfast Casserole

Ingredients

  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 c. shredded cheddar
  • 1 t. dijon mustard
  • 1/2 t. salt
  • 1/4 t. black pepper
  • 1 c. cooked and cubed ham
  • 2 c. cubed biscuits

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. In a large bowl beat eggs with whole milk, cheddar cheese, dijon mustard, salt, and pepper. Add the ham and biscuits to the mixture.
  3. Bake in a 9x9 inch greased casserole dish. for 30 minutes.
