Grilled Buffalo Wings
Ingredients
- 12 oz Louisiana Hot Sauce
- 12 oz Coke (not diet)
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp cayanne pepper
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 3 lbs chicken wings
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients in a large kettle.
- Place chicken wings on grill over low heat for 10 minutes.
- Remove from the grill and place in the sauce in kettle for 10 minutes over medium heat.
- Place chicken back on grill for 10 minutes, then remove and place in kettle for 10 minutes.
- Continue this process for about 1 hour, or until the sauce is thickened and all sticks to the wings.
- Serve with celery sticks and ranch or bleu cheese dressing.
