Frito Tacos

Have never made this with the chile before.

Ingredients

  • 3 lbs. ground meat
  • Lg. onion, chopped
  • 2 pkgs. taco mix
  • 1 can hot chili
  • Cut up tomatoes
  • Lg. bag corn chips
  • Grated or cut up Cheddar cheese
  • Cut up lettuce
  • Sour cream
  • Taco sauce

Instructions

  1. Brown ground meat and onions together. Pour off fat when meat is done.
  2. Add chili, taco mix, and salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Serve meat mixture, chips, cheese, and lettuce in individual bowls. Let diners place chips on the plate and then add toppings.
