Fat Free Pie Crust

Low Fat Pie Crust

Prep Time: 10 minutes

Yield: 8 servings

Remember to spray the pan with cooking spray if a recipe calls for an un-greased pan.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups flour
  • 2/3 cup low fat or fat free plain yogurt
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 5-8 T cold water

Instructions

  1. Mix flour and salt together.
  2. Cut in yogurt as you would shortening.
  3. Mix 1 T water at a time until you have a soft dough.
  4. Wrap in saran wrap, refrigerate for an hour.
  5. Divide in two, roll as you would any pie crust.
