Low Fat Pie Crust
Remember to spray the pan with cooking spray if a recipe calls for an un-greased pan.
Ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- 2/3 cup low fat or fat free plain yogurt
- 1 tsp salt
- 5-8 T cold water
Instructions
- Mix flour and salt together.
- Cut in yogurt as you would shortening.
- Mix 1 T water at a time until you have a soft dough.
- Wrap in saran wrap, refrigerate for an hour.
- Divide in two, roll as you would any pie crust.
