Enchilada Sauce

Yield: 6 pints

Ingredients

  • 12 cups or 3 qts tomatoes juiced
  • 6 tsp chile powder
  • 2 tsp ground cumin
  • 2 tsp ground corinader
  • 2 tsp oregano
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 1/2 tsp seasoned salt
  • 6 T lemon juice
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Bring everything except lemon juice to a boil for 5 minutes.
  2. Add lemon juice.
  3. Pack into hot pint jars with 1/2" head space.
  4. Process 40 minutes.
