Enchilada Sauce
Ingredients
- 12 cups or 3 qts tomatoes juiced
- 6 tsp chile powder
- 2 tsp ground cumin
- 2 tsp ground corinader
- 2 tsp oregano
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 1/2 tsp seasoned salt
- 6 T lemon juice
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
Instructions
- Bring everything except lemon juice to a boil for 5 minutes.
- Add lemon juice.
- Pack into hot pint jars with 1/2" head space.
- Process 40 minutes.
