Dry Rub

Dry Rub

Ingredients

  • 8 T brown sugar
  • 3 T salt
  • 1 T chili powder
  • 1/2 t black pepper
  • 1/2 t cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 t thyme
  • 1/2 t onion powder

Instructions

  1. Mix ingredients together.
  2. Slather yellow mustard on meat.
  3. Rub ingredients into meat and refrigerate overnight.
