Dry Rub
Ingredients
- 8 T brown sugar
- 3 T salt
- 1 T chili powder
- 1/2 t black pepper
- 1/2 t cayenne pepper
- 1/2 t thyme
- 1/2 t onion powder
Instructions
- Mix ingredients together.
- Slather yellow mustard on meat.
- Rub ingredients into meat and refrigerate overnight.
