Cocktail Meatballs

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 egg
  • 2 T. water
  • 1/2 c. bread crumbs
  • 3 T. minced onions
  • 8 oz. jellied cranberry sauce
  • 3/4 c. chili sauce
  • 1 T. brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 t. lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Mix together ground beef, egg, water, bread crumbs, and minced onion.
  3. Roll into small meatballs.
  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
  5. In slow cooker over low heat, blend the cranberry sauce, chili sauce, brown sugar, and lemon juice.
  6. Add meatballs and simmer for 1 hour before serving.
