Chicken & Rice

Ingredients

  • 3/4 c raw rice
  • 1 pkg dry onion soup mix
  • 1 can mushroom soup/cream soups
  • 1 can chicken soup
  • 1 soup can of water

Instructions

  1. Mix in 9 x 13 pan
  2. Place raw chicken on top of rice
  3. Season with salt and paprika
  4. Cover with foil and let stand 1 hour or refrigerate overnight
  5. Bake 1 hour covered, then 1/2 hour uncovered
  6. (If refrigerated, then bake an extra 15 minutes.)
