Chicken & Rice
Oven temp. 325
Ingredients
- 3/4 c raw rice
- 1 pkg dry onion soup mix
- 1 can mushroom soup/cream soups
- 1 can chicken soup
- 1 soup can of water
Instructions
- Mix in 9 x 13 pan
- Place raw chicken on top of rice
- Season with salt and paprika
- Cover with foil and let stand 1 hour or refrigerate overnight
- Bake 1 hour covered, then 1/2 hour uncovered
- (If refrigerated, then bake an extra 15 minutes.)
