Cherry Chip Muffins
I use a little of the red juice to make these cookies pink.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 egg beaten
- 1/4 c vegetable oil
- 1 jar red maraschino cherries drained & chopped
- 1/2 c sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 c milk
- 3/4 c mini-chocolate chips
Instructions
- Mix dry ingredients.
- Mix wet ingredients and add to dry ingredients. Stir until moistened.
- Fold in cherries and mini chocolate chips.
- Put into mini muffin pans.
- Bake at 375 degrees for 10-13 minutes.
- Cool 10 minutes in the pan.
