Breaded Boneless Porkchops

Ingredients

  • 3 eggs, lightly beaten
  • 3 tablespoons milk
  • 1 1/2 cups breadcrumbs
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 boneless porkchops

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
  2. In small bowl combine bread crumbs, Italian seasoning, and Parmesan cheese.
  3. In separate bowl beat together the eggs and milk.
  4. Heat the olive oil in a large, ovenproof skillet over medium heat. Stir in the garlic, and cook until lightly browned. Remove the garlic.
  5. Dip each pork chop into egg mixture, then into the bread crumb mixture, coating evenly. Place coated pork chops in the skillet, and brown 4-5 minutes on each side.
  6. Place the skillet and pork chops in the preheated oven and cook 25 minutes.
