Baked Hash Browns

Prep Time: 15 minutes

Cook Time: 1 hour, 30 minutes

Yield: 9 x 13 pan

Ingredients

  • 2# bag frozen hash browns (cubed is preferred)
  • 1 c chopped onions (or 1 T onion powder)
  • 8 oz. shredded cheddar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 can cream chicken soup
  • 1/2 pint sour cream

Instructions

  1. Mix and put in greased 9 x 13.
  2. Melt 1 stick margarine/butter and combine with 2 cups crushed corn flakes.
  3. Bake on 325 covered for 45 minutes and uncovered for 45 minutes.
