Baked Hash Browns
Ingredients
- 2# bag frozen hash browns (cubed is preferred)
- 1 c chopped onions (or 1 T onion powder)
- 8 oz. shredded cheddar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 can cream chicken soup
- 1/2 pint sour cream
Instructions
- Mix and put in greased 9 x 13.
- Melt 1 stick margarine/butter and combine with 2 cups crushed corn flakes.
- Bake on 325 covered for 45 minutes and uncovered for 45 minutes.
