Baked Hash Brown Potatoes

Baked Hash Browns

Cook Time: 1 hour, 30 minutes

Bake at 325 degrees

Ingredients

    Corn Flake Mixture
  • Melt 1 stick butter/margarine & mix with 2 c crushed corn flakes
  • Hash Brown Mixture
  • 2# bag frozen hash browns (cubed)
  • 1 c chopped onions
  • 8 oz shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 can cream chicken soup
  • 1/2 pint sour cream

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients for the hash brown mixture
  2. Place into a greased 9 x 13 pan and top with corn flake mixture
  3. Uncover about half way through baking
