Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef (or turkey or chicken)
- 2 15 oz. cans black beans
- 1 14.5 oz. can corn
- 1 14.5 oz. can diced tomatoes
- 1-3 t. taco seasoning
- 1 16 oz. container salsa
- Tortilla chips
Instructions
- Brown the meat in a soup kettle and drain any fat. Add the black beans, corn, tomatoes (with juice), taco seasoning, and salsa. Add water to make soupier if necessary.
- Cover and cook over medium-low for 20-30 minutes.
- Serve with tortilla chips crumbled on top.
