Taco Soup

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef (or turkey or chicken)
  • 2 15 oz. cans black beans
  • 1 14.5 oz. can corn
  • 1 14.5 oz. can diced tomatoes
  • 1-3 t. taco seasoning
  • 1 16 oz. container salsa
  • Tortilla chips

Instructions

  1. Brown the meat in a soup kettle and drain any fat. Add the black beans, corn, tomatoes (with juice), taco seasoning, and salsa. Add water to make soupier if necessary.
  2. Cover and cook over medium-low for 20-30 minutes.
  3. Serve with tortilla chips crumbled on top.
