Sweet and Sour Sauce (Eggrolls)

Ingredients

• 1/2 c. pineapple juice
• 1/2 c. white wine vinegar
• 2 T. oil
• 2 T. light brown sugar
• 1 T. soy sauce
• 1/2 t. ground black pepper
• 2 t. cornstarch mixed with 4 t. cold water

Instructions

1. Mix first 6 ingredients together and bring to a boil.
2. Stir cornstarch mixture and add to sauce stirring until sauce is clear and slightly thickened.
