Sugar Cookies

Ingredients

STEP 1
• 1/2 c shortening
• 1 c sugar
STEP 2
• 2 well-beaten eggs
• 2 T cream/milk
• 1 T vanilla or almond extract
STEP 3
• 3 1/2 c cake flour
• 2 tsp baking powder

Instructions

1. Cream together - beat until light and fluffy.
2. Add and beat well.
3. Sift and add.
4. Shape into a ball and wrap in waxed paper.
5. Chill
6. Roll dough - cut and bake.
