Strawberry Pie

Ingredients

• Baked pie crust
Glaze
• 2 c crushed berries
• 2/3 c water
• 1/3 c sugar
• 2 T corn starch
Filling
• 1/2 c powdered sugar
• 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
• 1/4 tsp almond extract
• 3 oz cream cheese
• 1/2 c whipping cream

Instructions

1. Beat the filling ingredients together and spread into the bottom and up the sides of the pie crust.
2. Layer sliced strawberries on top.
3. Mix the crushed berries, water, sugar, and corn starch in a sauce pan. Cook until boiling. Boil one minute or until thick. Cool slightly and pour over the strawberries.
4. Refrigerate.
