Smoked Chicken and Rice

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 3 boxes of wild grain rice
  • 2 1/2 cups of cream of chicken condensed soup
  • 2 1/2 cups of water
  • 3 tablespoons of butter

Instructions

  1. Combine rice (along with seasoning packets), soup mix, water and butter in an 11? x 15? casserole pan and stir until well blended. Next place chicken breasts in the rice mix and season with salt, pepper and your favorite chicken seasoning (we recommend Green Mountain Grills Poultry Rub). Place in the smoker set at 350 degrees and cook until the chickens internal temperature is 165 degrees, about 45 min. Yes, it’s that easy. Enjoy!
