Smoked Brisket Enchiladas
Ingredients
- Left over smoked brisket
- Diced green chilies
- BBQ Enchilada Sauce
- Flour tortillas
- Cheese
- Homemade BBQ Enchilada Sauce:
- 1 1/2 c tomato sauce
- 1 1/5 c water
- 2 T olive oil
- 1/3 c chili powder
- 1/2 c BBQ sauce
- 1/4 t salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Heat brisket and chop up with chilies.
- Fill tortillas with brisket and roll up.
- Place in a greased glass baking pan.
- Cover with BBQ enchilada sauce and cheese.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes.
