Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 9 lasagna noodles
  • 1 1/4 c mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 c provolone
  • 1/2 c Parmesan
  • small onion
  • 3 1/2 c spaghetti sauce
  • 1/2 c water
  • 1/2 t minced garlic
  • 1/8 t pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Cook lasagna noodles.
  3. Cook ground beef, onion, garlic, and pepper in skillet until beef is browned. Drain.
  4. Add spaghetti sauce to skillet with beef. Add water, Parmesan cheese, and 1 cup of the mozzarella.
  5. Grease 9x13 glass baking dish.
  6. Place 3 noodles in bottom. Add 1/3 of the meat mixture. Add 3 noodles. Add 1/3 of the meat. Add 3 noodles. Add last 1/3 of meat.
  7. Sprinkle remaining mozzarella and provolone on top.
  8. Bake uncovered 30 minutes.
