Seth/Alycia Grilled Pizza Dough Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups warm water
- 1 tablespoon molasses
- 1 packet (2-3 teaspoons) yeast
- 3 1/2 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- Drizzle of olive oil
Instructions
- Mix water, molasses, yeast together and let sit a few minutes.
- Add flour, salt, oil and mix for several minutes.
- I refrigerate for a few days before using it. Day of remove from fridge and divide into 2-4 balls and roll in flour and put in individual bowls and cover with plastic wrap until ready to use.
- Just use plenty of flour or cornmeal under the crust to help slide it onto the stone.
