Ingredients
- 4 c cut rhubarb
- 1 1/2 c oatmeal
- 1 c brown sugar
- 1/2 c butter
- 2 c flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 c sugar
- 1 c boiling water
- 2 T corn starch

Instructions
- Press 3/4 of the mix into a 9x13 pan.
- Cover with 4c cut rhubarb.
- In a medium saucepan, combine the sugar, cinnamon, cornstarch, and water. Cook until thickened and clear. Pour over rhubarb.
- Pat remaining crumbs on top.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
