Raspberry-Oreo Dessert

Ingredients

  • CRUST
  • 1 pound oreo cookies crumbled (crust... save a few for the top)
  • 1/3 c butter or margarine
  • LAYER ABOVE CRUST
  • 2 c powdered sugar
  • 1/2 c butter or margarine
  • 1 egg or powdered/pasteurized egg
  • 8 oz. cool whip

Instructions

  1. Bake crust in a 13x9 pan at 350 for 10 minutes. Cool.
  2. Mix powdered sugar, butter and egg. Spread on crust.
  3. Cover with layer of raspberries, cool whip and cookie crumbs.
  4. Refrigerate. Serve cold.
