Raspberry-Oreo Dessert
Ingredients
- CRUST
- 1 pound oreo cookies crumbled (crust... save a few for the top)
- 1/3 c butter or margarine
- LAYER ABOVE CRUST
- 2 c powdered sugar
- 1/2 c butter or margarine
- 1 egg or powdered/pasteurized egg
- 8 oz. cool whip
Instructions
- Bake crust in a 13x9 pan at 350 for 10 minutes. Cool.
- Mix powdered sugar, butter and egg. Spread on crust.
- Cover with layer of raspberries, cool whip and cookie crumbs.
- Refrigerate. Serve cold.
