Quesadillas

Quesadillas

Yield: 2 quesadillas

Ingredients

  • 2 (8 inch) flour tortillas
  • 1/2 c grated Monterey Jack or Cheddar cheese
  • 1 T diced green chiles
  • 1 T chopped black olives
  • 2 tsp chopped onions

Instructions

  1. Butter one side of each tortilla. Place the first tortilla butter side down on the griddle.
  2. Add cheese, olives, onions, and chiles. Place second tortilla on top - butter side up.
  3. When cheese begins to melt and tolrtilla begins to brown, flip.
  4. When tortilla is browned on the other side, place on a plate in a warm oven until all are completed.
  5. Serve with sour cream and salsa.
