Mint Ice Cream Cake

Simple recipe.

Ingredients

  • 7 Mint Ice Cream Bars
  • Andes Candy Pieces
  • Chocolate Sandwich Cookies
  • Fudge
  • Chocolate Ice Cream
  • White Mint Ice Cream
  • Vanilla Ice Cream
  • Cool Whip

Instructions

  1. Line a spring form pan with plastic wrap. Cut out a waxed paper circle to fit into the bottom of the pan.
  2. Cut 7 ice cream bars lengthwise and sidewise. Line the edge of the pan. Crumble oreos and place in bottom of the pan. Place in freezer for 10 minutes.
  3. Add a layer of chocolate ice cream and then fudge to the pan. Place in freezer for 10 minutes.
  4. Add a layer of vanilla ice cream and sprinkle Andes candies on. Place in freezer for 10 minutes.
  5. Add a layer of white mint chocolate chip ice cream. Cover everything with whipped cream and top with cookie crumbs and more mint pieces. Freeze 24 hours. Remove spring form pan and serve on the waxed paper piece.
