Low Fat Peppermint Ice Cream
Ingredients
- 2 (12 oz.) cans evaporated milk
- 1 (3 1/2 oz.) vanilla pudding
- 1 1/4 c sugar
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 6 crushed candy canes
- 4 drops peppermint extract (< 1/8 tsp)
- 1 qt. milk
- 1/4 tsp red food coloring
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients, except candy can pieces, thoroughly. Begin ice cream freezer.
- After 15 minutes, add crushed candy.
