Low Fat Chocolate Ice Cream
Very chocolatey! Recommended to add the "treats" to the mixture just before placing into the freezer. The ice cream will be quite runny at this point, but will suspend the "snacks" in the mixture.
Ingredients
- 4 - 4 oz packages chocolate pudding
- 1 1/2 c granulated sugar
- 5 - 12 oz cans evaporated skim milk
- OR
- 3 c powdered milk + 4 1/2 c water
- 6 c skim milk
Instructions
- Mix pudding powder and sugar in a bowl.
- Whisk in skim milk and evaporated/powdered milk.
- Pour into an ice cream maker and freeze for approximately 45 minutes. It will probably still remain fairly runny.
- Store up to one month in a freezer.
