Instructions
- In a bread machine, combine water, honey and yeast. Add salt, flour and oil. Turn on dough setting.
- Remove after time is expired, punch dough, wrap in saran wrap and place in freezer to prevent it from rising more.
- Remove from freezer and refrigerate 12 hours before using.
- For macaroni pizza, melt butter over medium heat. Add flour and heat for several minutes. Add milk and stir until it begins to thicken. Add cheese until melted. Do not stop stirring or it will burn. Cook noodles. Spoon 3/4 cup of cheese sauce onto pizza crust. Mix noodles with remaining cheese and layer over pizza. Sprinkle with mozzarella.
Notes
For all of the recipes, simply add the ingredients to the crust in the order listed. We set the grill at 375, a little lower, this time and it seemed to prevent burning on edges and gave the center a little extra time to cook. Worked well. For about 25 people we made 15 pizzas.
Do not use much sauce, ranch or BBQ sauce. Just enough to spread around without any pooling. Should be able to still see the crust.
