Healthy Hummus

Ingredients

  • 4 cans of low sodium chickpeas
  • 1 3/4 cups plain yogurt
  • 3 T minced garlic
  • 6 T lemon juice
  • Red Pepper Flakes (if desired)

Instructions

  1. Heat chickpeas until soft. Drain water. Blend everything in a blender. Stir in red pepper flakes if desired for a bit more kick.
  2. Delicious!
