Healthy Hummus
Ingredients
- 4 cans of low sodium chickpeas
- 1 3/4 cups plain yogurt
- 3 T minced garlic
- 6 T lemon juice
- Red Pepper Flakes (if desired)
Instructions
- Heat chickpeas until soft. Drain water. Blend everything in a blender. Stir in red pepper flakes if desired for a bit more kick.
- Delicious!
